Mission Garden is Growing, Growing!

In May, the congregation planted 4 mission gardens on the east side of the property.  Volunteers have adopted plots and are tending vegetable plants and seeds.  The harvest will be donated to Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers to help elderly residents in Macomb County get fresh veggies into their meals!

Check out the bounty that is beginning to grow. Our first fruits were peppers and a heap of lettuce!
